On PC and consoles, Disney Speedstorm is currently playable in early access, but not everyone is happy about it. Some pre-ordered Founder’s Pack fans don’t appear to have been able to play the game. Many gamers have vented their annoyance on social media, and many are anxiously awaiting the outcome. The incident has now been addressed by the game’s creator Gameloft via the Disney Speedstorm Twitter account. The company said it is aware of the problem and is trying to fix it as quickly as possible. Sadly, it appears that a solution might take some time.

Disney Speedstorm developer is trying to fix the issue
The company wrote on Twitter, “We are aware of the issue where some players that pre-ordered the title are unable to download the game and we apologize for it. We are in contact with our partners to have it fixed ASAP, but unfortunately the solution seems to require more time. Solving this is our top priority at the moment – as soon as we have updates, we will let you know. Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience and we’re looking forward to all of you being able to play the game.”
Disney Speedstorm will ultimately be available for free to play, although it will probably take some time. The only way to play it at the moment is to buy one of the game’s Founder’s Packs, which can be purchased for $29.99, $49.99, or $69.99. It’s possible that some of the Disney aficionados that Gameloft will need to make Disney Speedstorm a success are among those who are willing to pay money for the game, especially those who did so in advance. Given that there are others who can play the game, it is understandable why many people are dissatisfied with their lack of access.
