Eiji Aonuma, the series producer, will be featured in a “approximately” 10-minute-long look at gameplay of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Nintendo revealed yesterday. As promised, it fulfilled that promise and gave players the most up-to-date gameplay preview of the Nintendo Switch exclusive. Although we’ve seen gameplay of the next Zelda game before, it has never been shown in this much detail. Comparing the new presentation to earlier trailers and presentations, it offers a far more in-depth look at the game. Let’s leave you alone with the new The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom gameplay video.

The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom gameplay video is 13 minutes long

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom primarily appears like more Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, as you can see for yourself below. For this reason, it was frequently referred to as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 by many people. There are, of course, numerous additions, modifications, and variances.

On May 12, 2013, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be made available exclusively on the Nintendo Switch in every country. The most recent game in the venerable franchise will cost $69.99 when it launches, $10 more than other high-end Nintendo first-party titles. You can read more about it below, courtesy of the Nintendo eShop’s official description:

“An epic adventure across the land and skies of Hyrule awaits in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for Nintendo Switch. The adventure is yours to create in a world fueled by your imagination. In this sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you’ll decide your own path through the sprawling landscapes of Hyrule and the mysterious islands floating in the vast skies above. Can you harness the power of Link’s new abilities to fight back against the malevolent forces that threaten the kingdom?”
